This is a budget version of my Soul Sister deck (which you can view here: http://www.mtgvault.com/basilicanero/decks/blink/).I love this deck and the way it plays but as a poor person I never expected to pay $150 for it. I decided to challenge myself to build as budget a version of the deck as possible, with the goal of keeping it as close to $20 as I could but still play pretty much the same way. This is my solution: base it off the yo-yo cards and the artifacts which trigger when spells are cast to substitute for the more expensive soul sisters.

Deal Damage: Impact Tremors, Suture Priest, Searing Meditation, and Aetherflux Reservoir.Play spells over and over to trigger both: Glitterfang, Lightning Berserker, Whitemane Lion, and Screamreach Brawler.Once the Shrine are charged they can deal a knock out punch with burn or tokens.
