Turn one: forest, llanowar turn 2: another forest, another llanowar turn three:another forest, priest of titania Mana: 3 forests, 2 lannowars, Priest's ability tapping for 3 mana (3 elves) = 8 mana..FTW
I was thinkn making another mill, mayb doing isochron mill. attachin cards like tome scour or glimse the unthinkable

if i had the money for lion's eye diamond id consider, and Trust me this deck might not like the typical dredge youve seen but it wins turn 1,2,3 consistently. I have not seen it fail yet :) thanx for the advice though cause i deff see what your talkn bout

Thanx for the deck link i did like what i see, I think i might make a human G/W I <3 the White mana producing llanowar elf lol. I was thinkn about addin adaptive automaton but lookin at this deck now, it would slow it down a little bit, and also all my 2/2's would be 3/3's and then mentor would be useless
I <3 the deck, if only i <3 standard too hehe, but I would switch Batterskull with Argentum Armour. It might be 1 mana too high for you, but i just love its ability way more then Batterskull.
Oh and for Angelic Overseer, I saw that he is just a mana tooo high. if he was 4 I would add him ina heartbeat, but i like knowing that every card in this deck is 4 or lower, and a 5/3 flyer, with hexproof and other exciting stuff isnt too exciting for what im alrdy throwing towards my opponent. getting out fast low CC creatures and just continuously throwing them (literally :D) at them FTW!
Orinialy before innistrad came out, i had playset of meadowgrains and sigileds in this deck, I kept the exalted because i noticed he did alot early game. especially when you have a couple silences to just shut out your opponent :3 talk about 9 damage practically in three turns, while you set up with either hero of the bladehold or other K/O creatures !
ah! i <3 Silence! it is really under-rated too! at least around the population i play with
I would make this standard, but i play legacy only, i just love having the freedom in magic to use practically any card to my advantage

haha rustedbucket is getting close. Ill give you the sets since your so close you basically had it. its all the sets from 1995 and before. so homelands and before (including ice age since he is same year as homelands). hint for next rule think bout prices :3
Be more specific on the old design, as in what sets are allowed. and artifacts can be played. also think of funny rules that you and your friends would play. think bout how the card looks too
I totally agree with you budd, but i play tested it and its a b it slow, so i wanted to put in the counterspells for early game countering
