Thanks for commenting... i get to play Wurmcoil Engine often actually. My thing is that i can kill you with regular combat damage or just poison. For some reason i always draw Tempered Steel(literally). By turn 3-4 i can bring out Myr Turbine, then on turn 5 i have a Myr Battlesphere or Galvanizer to destroy you(depending on what's in my hand). After that im pretty sure you know what happens when i have a bunch of Myrs are out with a Galvanizer and Battlesphere in play.

Infect is an alternate win condition because if i can't kill you with regular damage a will build a solid defense and keep hitting you with a 3/3 blinkmoth... 4 hits from that and i win.

I hope this helped on why the structure of this deck seemed sporadic. :)

Well, the summoning trap is mainly there for the Rosheen Meanderer and the Khalni Hydra.

If you run shrine of loyal legions and a myr turbine then there could be a possibility.

Umm... 23 Asceticism? Take out the Chancellor of the Tangle, Quick Silver Amulet, Sacred Wolf, and Moldgraf Monstrosity...

Put in 2 Wurmcoil Engine, 4 Acidic Slime, 2 Engulfing Slagwurm, 2 Thrun, 4 Llanowar Elves, 2 Vorinclex, 2 Garruk Primal Hunter, 3 Dungrove Elder, 2 Asceticism, 4 Beast Within, 2 Garruk's Companion, 2 Ambush Viper, 2 Primordial Hydra, 2 Rites of Flourishing, 1 Praetor's Counsel, and 3 Leatherback Baloth.

That's all i could come up with. I tried staying with the cards you originally chose. I hope i helped... Good Luck.

oh, i see what you're saying. i didn't take that under consideration... well, all in all i think its still a good deck... what did you think about the explore comment?

Thanks for commenting... the reason why i use nest invader instead of lotus cobra is because nest invader is two creatures and an extra mana. it also buys me time when i truly need it... lotus cobra is a 2/1 so it poses no threat against small creatures but nest invader is a 2/2 that brings out another creature to block with and it could buy me at least an extra turn more than lotus cobra. :) but i do see what you mean though.
