Dragons are fun. Unfortunately, they're also slow. Goblins help fill in the gaps and bide some time.
This really isn't a complicated play. Just buy time with goblin tokens, use the numbers to put on some pressure, and use them as meat shields when needed. Get out a Crucible as soon as you can along with Thunderbreak. Then just Mana curve your dragons til the sky is full of 7/7s that all have nasty abilities. Voracoustic Dragon is normally an easy win if you can sack even just 5 goblins.

Instead of goblins as measly 1/1s I'd opt for removal and boardclears to help in the early game. Anger of the Gods, Lightning Bolt. They deal with flyers and work around combat tricks.
