Ok one more tweak seeing as I'm dumping lands into play Reliquary Tower beats out Spellbook suck that it's non-basic though.

Heck this is a casual play deck for me; I don't actually play at any tournies, I was tempted to add in an idea from an earlier deck that had Wheel of Sun and Moon to put discards back into my library but would it work splashing white?
