The main focus of the deck is keeping creatures from attacking and countering spells while you build up your forces: Displacement Wave, Clutch of currents, and encircling fission prevent damage and set back your opponents, Sylvan scrying is for color fixing, Days Undoing is when you're running low on gas, Undergrowth champion makes a great chump blocker, Planar Outburst and dispel is for making sure you seal their fate when you attack.Noyan Dar is your win condition and Disciple of the ring is plan B. Noyan Dar's main target is Lumbering Falls, pump him full of counters and make him hexproof. Planar Outburst and Dispel clear the board for you allowing you to attack with a hexproof creature with nothing blocking its way.
