Deck Description

-- just a little update on this deck, my friends have banned me from playing it because it's not fun to lose all the time. I'm actually not lying --

This deck is an omni-recursion deck utilizing bleed effects and wheels effects to kill opponents through primarily "damage on discard" effects, such as Liliana's caress.

Optional alternate win-cons include using Locust God, or especially Glistening Oil to kill all through infect.

This deck attempts to have an answer for every kind of situation that may arise. Destroy creatures, destroy artifacts, destroy lands, destroy enchantments, or just cyclonic rift x wheel of fortune and have them discard all non-land permanents.

This deck has a method to recur all types of cards, other than the instants and sorceries themselves, which are cast, and recast from the graveyard, by the commander.

Most major tutors in blue and black are being utilized, making this deck able to hunt for those key cards very effectively.

How to Play

It's a wheels deck, so be prepared to have things, love them, and then lose them. Prioritize dropping those damage dealing creatures and enchantments off the bat. The enchantments are harder to destroy for the enemy but harder for you to get back. The creatures are easier to destroy but you can bring them back more easily.

If they've consistently knocked out your enchantments, get crystal chimes. If they've consistently knocked out your creatures, grab disturbed burial. If they kill all your enchantments again grab fortuitious find, grab your crystal chimes back, get your enchantments back again.

Drake haven will get you chump blockers.

And of course, there's some powerful creatures like Niv-Mizzet which allow you to damage any target when you draw. That is highly effective when you can see yourself drawing 10 cards in one turn. Bye bye planeswalkers.

You get the point, this is a very reactive deck so you have to learn it.

Personally, I pay special attention to cards like scroll rack. Scroll rack allows you to win on the wheels, because you can set aside what you want to be kept.

Glistening oil is a dangerous as hell win-con. But, keep it secret keep it safe. Don't be afraid to save it by putting it on something dumb before you wheels.

Put it all together, and you have a powerful wheel and deal deck that should kill opponents quickly while maintaining battlefield control.
