It's a deck that mills well. Has control cards and can keep milling the opponent to death. It's indeed a late game deck. Not sure how well it does in the beginning though.
You mill the opponent! If you cannot, use Aetherling to win, or this Consuming Aberration consisting of a possible 20/20 when you cast it. Or have Lazav to clone the opponent's powerful creature and make a victorious attack!
