When this card comes into play, does that include creatures from EVERYWHERE? Hands, Libraries, Graveyards, Battlefield, Suspended and Exiled?

Absolutely not. Final Judgment exiles all creatures on the battlefield.
This puts Final Judgment in a special category of non-destroy board wipes with about a dozen other cards including Terminus, Hallowed Burial, Apocalypse, Decree of Annihilation, Merciless Eviction, All Is Dust, Perilous Vault, Ugin the Spirit Dragon, Mutilate, and Worldfire.

There are a few other cards that also get around indestructible creatures the way these cards do (especially -X/-X to all creature effects), but they aren't as reliable for one reason or another.
