Card discussion for Lush Growth

Will this card then provide 3 mana?? Mountain, forest, plains? same thing with Nylea's presence. Will these add more mana when tapped or just change the card type?

I might be really late, but it just gains the effects, such as a plains has "T: Add 1 white mana to your mana pool". so it can tap for a red, green, or white mana, and with cards like Wild Nacatl, it adds to the effect.
