Elesh norn is truly a white win example...Since you don't seem to be on a budget... Try using land tax, it'll help you gather all these lands

Actually it's funny you mention it because that's the one card I'm trying to make room to add! I will probably replace it with pearl medallion or perhaps shave a land. Still trying to decide. Although I do like the medallions in mono decks especially.
The medallion if very useful (oketra's monument is nice too)! But in the end it'll only reduce 1 in costs, so land tax still much needed, if you're really running 27 plains, taking out one won't hurt.Remember, with land tax you can basically begin the game with one plain and it.
