This is a non-budget General Tazri list which primary goal is to assemble two possible infinite combos. The first is the Xenograft/Conspiracy/Arcane Adaptation+Turntimber Ranger combo. How Turntimber Ranger works is that whenever another ally enters the battlefield, you create a 2/2 wolf token and put a +1/+1 counter on Turntimber. With Conspiracy or Xenograft already in play, every wolf is automatically an ally as it enters thus triggering an infinite loop. The second combo hence the deck name is the food chain combo. It works by first finding food chain via the many tutors in the deck, then finding 1/2 creatures we can cast from exile (eternal scourge or misthollow griffin), which then creates infinite mana enabling us to sac Tazri and replay Tazri infinitely to keep tutoring and playing ally's that either drain our opponents or mill them infinitely. We can also use all of our various tutors to find answers to our opponents' threatening board states such as austere command for mass artifact/enchantment removal, merciless eviction, and one of my new favorite board wipes (cleansing nova). The expensive fetch lands can be substituted for the cheaper/slower come in tapped fetches, but being able to fix mana is important and speeds up the combo significantly.
