Hmm, so this is an elemental token deck at heart? What you want to do is focus on getting tokens and keeping them there. So the best way to get them there is landfall for this deck. Be creative with how you get the lands, the fetch lands are a good idea adding something like Ramunap Excavator will help you get even more value out of them, essentially double land fall every turn plus makes Constant Mists amazing. Scapeshift would be very good too. Also Doubling Season is a must. Growing Rites of Itlimoc is a very good way to get extra value from your tokensYour tokens will have 5 power/toughness which is a good amount, there are a whole bunch of cards that use that number you may want to look at, like Spearbreaker Behemoth, Paleoloth, and Mighty Emergence. Also look at Warstorm Surge.Your biggest threat is board wipes, sacrifice outlets is a good way to deal with them you can also look at something like Soul of New Phyrexia to keep them from getting destroyed. Jolrael, Empress of Beasts is also great, you essentially say if you blow up all creatures you're also blowing up your lands, the downside being that it's got summoning sickness and you need two cards in hand.
