This is a Group Slug / Chaos / Political deck. Your goal is to fill the deck with permanents that have severe drawbacks for their controller and then "donate" them to your opponents using Blim or other cards.
The Death of a Thousand Cuts: Punish everyone for the game actions they're forced to take with your "gifts." Cards like Demonic Pact and Nefarious Lich will eventually kill their controllerForced Self-Destruction: Give opponents creatures that damage them, like Desecration Elemental, or enchantments that destroy their own boards, like Aggressive Mining.Pure Chaos: Use cards like Witch Hunt and Havoc Festival to accelerate the game to a fiery conclusion for everyone but you (you hope!). Early Game: Focus on ramping and setting up your mana. Cast Blim as soon as you can protect him (e.g., with Greaves or Boots). Start playing out your "bad" permanents. You want to control them initially.Mid Game: Start swinging with Blim! Your first donation target should be the player who is the biggest threat or has the least ability to handle the bad permanent. Give the Aggressive Mining to the green land-ramp player. Give the Desecration Elemental to the player with a wide board of small creatures.Late Game: The board state will be pure chaos. Your job is to manage it. Use your control spells to protect yourself or redirect damage. Your "gifts" will be whittling down life totals and resources. Close out the game by donating a game-ender like Demonic Pact (on its last mode) or Archfiend of the Dross (with no counters left).
