hey man thanks for the shred memory tip on my perilous comand deck, its a great addition and im sure will make things easier...last night while playing it i was praying to pull a lotus cobra to set my combo off and now my chances just increased. another nice deck by you by the way.

i agree with you on the land thing, i guess the main reason i am running only the fetch lands is because i can only grab basic land with the forays. the shred memory thing is def cool when i need that maelstrom pulse or even a gladehart to make my combo worth it but my biggest problem now is getting all 3 combo pieces. i hate running 4 perilous forays because i only need one out at a time but i need it for the combo...it is a pain in the a$$ when i need that 3rd card. and further more to make that card worth it such as having out ob nixilis the fallen or getting my profane comman...i wish there were more tutor cards available other than diabolic. im going to def check out other transmute cards though i never even thought of that. thanks.
and i still have yet to make a sideboard...playing extended is really new to me and its so hard to really figure out what i should be creating a sideboard for. there are really no extended nights where i play but i will be playing one at the end of the month and really dont know what to expect. any help is much appreciated. thanks guys.
deathgreeter is def cool and could gain some mad life in this deck i agree. its just really hard to fit him in. since i first posted this deck i dropped the grave pacts and 2 golgari germinations for 4 disfigure and it has proven to work much better. the biggest problem was aggro decks and while those other cards worked well against it the disfigure proved to get rid of most problems while the grave pact was sometimes a bit hard to play due to 1BBB and not effective at all early on forcing me to block and losing my cobras or gladehart, plus mr bloodghast cant block.

p.s. its nice to see people still making awesome decks with cards like dark ritual, demonic tutor and such. it seems that most people (at least who i play with in my area) have completely dismissed these cards as ever being made just because they are not t2 or even extended. its also nice to see somebody make a deck that utilizes these cards but does not abuse them.

Very nice...very different from other discard decks i have seen. i would stick hallow in the sideboard or lose it really...seems kinda specific for a main deck card i dunno i would toss in a maybe mindrot? i like this deck so yes +1

I would lose the extra crap and stick with basic jund. im all for making homebrewed decks and putting your own spin on things but jund works good because it is jund...however. i really do like the idea of nighthawk instead of sprouting thrinax...nothing against the little lizard just that nighthawk could be really cool so i give you that. aside from that i would lose sorin markov and bloodchief ascension. yeah i think i would just play a standar jund or "blightning jund" deck if i were you , looks like you have the cards just using nighthawk instead of thrinax...i like it.
is it just me or is the only way to cast nicol bolas with birds/lotus or djinn?
Sprout swarm is one spell, and you are getting -1 off when you play it already even if your not buying it back. buying it back is not casting an additional spell it is part of the cost. so if thats not clear with emerald medallion in play casting it will cost you {G} if you buy it back it cost you 3{G}. I'm not sure if that was your question or not you confused me in what you were asking hope i could help.
maybe even sideboard the pyroclasm, or say 2 of them, shit i dunno dont listen to me i cant handle burn.
im not really a big fan of "burn" myself. but if i was going to make a burn deck right now it would have hellspark elemental...instead of say spire barrage.
