You should think about getting multiples of cards instead of keeping singles. It helps to make the deck more consistent.

Add another hunter's insight? I think draw power would speed up this deck
I would make the following changes: -2 Vapor Snag -1 Ice Cage +1 Corrupted Conscience +1 Mana Leak +1 Cancel This helps with more control, and corrupted conscience, as my friend said, helps to put a threat on your side of the field.
I mean -3.
Have you looked into the new Jace, Memory Adept and/or Sorin Markov? Jace would fit great in here. Also, Sorin's Vengeance? That combos well with the vampire theme and Markov's -2.

Yeah, I was recommended Tezzeret's Gambit. I'm going to pick up 3 more archivists. Unfortunately, I don't really have the money for more Jace or Chandra right now, I was really lucky pulling them in my box. I'm going to use Tez gambit once I get at least one more planeswalker! Thanks for the help!
