Flicker decks have always been rather good in Commander. Especially with cards like Roon in charge of them. Plenty of strong ETB effects, like card draw and token generation, are always themes I see in these decks, so I decided to give it my own shot. I tried to put in as many unique cards as I could in the deck, with a variety of staples. Enjoy!
Flicker decks are pretty simple: make your ETB trigger cards go off as many times as you can. So, cards like Trostani's Summoner and Hornet Queen can seriously produce an army when you flicker them. Thankfully, Roon comes with a built-in flicker ability, and we have plenty of ways to keep flickering. Conjurer's Closet, Eerie Interlude, and Deadeye Navigator are a good few ways to get things going outside of Roon, and Panharmonicon makes every effect even more devastating. Basically, just keep flickering and eventually you'll get enough board presence and card advantage to win.
