Deck Description

Landfall is one of those mechanics that can go really well or be horribly bad when you you build around it. On one hand, it has great abilities to trigger off if you can hit land drops. On the other, land drops can screw you some games. All in all, it's a mechanic you can have some interesting stuff. Enjoy!

How to Play

Play creatures then play lands. Skyfish them back, fetch them with other lands or Bauble. Profit.

Deck discussion for Pauper: Landslide

Interesting, but by all means less powerful than the other 2 contemporary boros decks

I agree, but I think when Pauper Masters comes and shifts the meta it'll have a better chance. It's weird enough to catch people off guard.

Any reason why you're using boros and not simic or gruul as colours?

What kind of a question is that? xD Bolt, Lynx, Hawk, Skyfishers?

Snapping Gnarlid, (Territorial Baloth), Groundswell, Harrow, Explore, Khalni Heart Expedition should be enough answer to that.

Kor Skyfisher mostly. Also some decent sideboard stuff and Journey. Plus simic imo is better at stuff like emerge or tron.

See, that's better as far as questions go. Though whichever way you build it, the creatures will oscillate between worse /just as good as Putrid Leech, which is nothing to write home about.

Hey Putrid Leech can be pretty good. It's beaten me plenty of times in Pauper for underestimating it.

That's the point, it's hella strong, it's just that these landfall creatures are at best as good as leech is at all times.
