I played around with this a bit and it really would help to fetch the Eon Hub with a card like Fabricate, Reshape, Arcum Dagsson or Tinker. The Phyrexian Dreadnought wold be cool (sac Soulgorger + x). Paralyze is nice for early creature control and without upkeep they are pretty frozen solid. Leonin Abunas can add further artifact protection. You could put in Phyrexian Ironfoot as an early blocker and attack when there is no upkeep. BTW, I think there are too much Vivid's in there.

Devoted Caretaker could add some protection.

I think Dingus Egg could be nice here.

"Cloak and Dagger" and "Inkfathom Infiltrator" might be worth a try.

Minotaur Tactician might fit in here.

Pack's Disdain might work instead of Sudden Death. Cloak and Dagger is a nice thing to have in a rouge deck.

Usually anything that is 1-of doesn't help much because chances of getting it are small.

Hm, feels like I've commented this recently and it seems you put in the Boas. Put in 4 of one kind and the other to the sideboard until you know your opponent's deck to get the most of island-/swampwalk. I'd drop Sasaya, Serpent Skin, Wurm's Tooth (with one copy you rarely will get it anyway), Reavers and perhaps Eggwatcher. Get Konda's Banner, Kodama's Reach, Sakiko, Mother of Summer, perhaps Ohran Viper instead of Tangle Asp if you have the money.

Konda's Banner or Coat of Arms. Also consider Ohran Viper, Mire Boa, River Boa and Sakiko, Mother of Summer to get the mana you need for Orochi Hatchery.

I'm going to try a similar mono black rogue deck but it has more creatures with fear/unblockables: Squeaking Pie Sneak, Prickly Boggart, Inkfathom Infiltrator. Cloak and Dagger or Specter's Shroud might be nice equips.

Doubling Season perhaps. Silent Arbiter for defense? Or splash with blue: Bloom Tender + Freed from the real.

Of course this can't compete with the stronger tribes. It's meant to be fun for the minotaur lovers out there. :)
The Didgeridoo helps a bit with mana costs. The minos in the sideboard can be swapped for some of the more expensive guys.

Oh, and for reducing casting costs: Pearl Medallion.

Thrumming Stone

I'd say add some spells, too. Like Glorious Anthem or Shared Triumph. Harsh Mercy could work here as well. Or some Equips. Perhaps more flying Knights. I would favor Leonin Skyhunter over of Knight of Sursi. Some Knights you might want to take a look at: Riftmarked Knight , Stillmoon Cavalier, Soltari Lancer, Order of the Golden Cricket.

To power up your tokens: Tolsimir Wolfblood, Wilt-Leaf Liege, Muraganda Petroglyphs for example.

If you want a spider in your sideboard: For 4 mana I'd take Ancient Spider. Or take Juvenile Gloomwidow. Cheaper and has wither.
