i feel like burning vengeance is a card with a lot of potential to see modern play, so i built a deck around it. gravecrawler, flame jab, and raven's crime all trigger it multiple times while snapcaster can make your other spells easily trigger it. with the super low mana curve, it is almost always worth to discard a land and retrace triggering vengeance. the non grave castable spells are control and draw effects to prevent your opponent from winning before you draw the enchantment
the goal is to find and put down a burning vengeance ASAP and then trigger it a bunch of times with 2 grave crawlers and a viscera seer or the retrace spells to burn your opponent to death.
