i realised i had some wingmares in my collection i hadn't put to use and wanted to see if i could make a deck with them. being basically another thalia but with evasion, i am surprised they aren't used much in modern already. just went full taxes and decided to cut black in favor of spells like mana tithe making things even harder to cast and the better white side of taxes.
play down taxing creatures early and slow the opponent to a halt with their effects combined. once mindcensor is out, use ghost quarter to delete their lands. aether vial allows for flashing in unexpected selfless sirits or mindcensors or flickerwisps and other tricks that ca force opponents to waste spells.
