My friend challenged me to make a commander deck with only 2 rules to follow:1) Has to be Mono color2) Aside from basic lands, the whole deck must be $20So, I decided to take him up on that idea and made a Jalira, Master Polymorph deck!What better way to stomp in hyper budget, than to cheat out massive beaters like leviathans and eldrazi?(I'm aware the deck is currently a few dollars above $20. I'm not cheating y'all, just haven't finished tuning this thing)
The main idea is to use Jalira to sacrifice your creatures to cheat out the big fat beaters and overwhelm your opponents.Use token generators to generate fodder for Jalira to useI added several cards that scry, or let you manipulate your draws, to maximize Jalira's effect.Since the average cmc here is high, I've added a lot of mana rocks/pumpers and counters/removal to stall long enough to be able to hard cast them.
