I was inspired by some of the Rakdos cards I pulled at pre-release. Carnage was a fun card to play knowing I was putting my opponent at a card disadvantage and burning them. The only card not budget in this deck is the Spawn of Mayhem. The deck is designed to trigger Spectacle fairly easy and the value is great. The deck is meant to be casual and the first upgrades should be better land if you have them.
You want to start off with a Fiend turn 1 or at least a guildgate on 1 and a creature turn 2. Turn 3 you will most likely want a removal spell along with a discard spell. Turn 4 is when the deck heats up and you can set up a Specter or Spawn. After that your discard spells "shock" the opponent and Carnage does a total of 7 damage with the Spawn beating in damage.
