No pain, no gain! I wanted to build a deck around Campaign of Vengeance. I was going in a wide servo direction but decided I wanted all of the creatures on the board to have a theme or synergy. The deck focuses on gaining life through abilities with several of the cards causing both gain for you and pain for your opponent.Let me know what you think in the comments.
The card that you want on the board at all times is Cliffhaven Vampire, he will combo off most of the other cards in the deck. Authority, Campaign, & Kambal will help you control the game while triggering Cliffhaven. You have other ways to gain life and the 2 Cutthroats promote attacking with your creatures while Campaign is out. Expertise is just good getting you chumpers/ attackers and allowing you to cast almost any other card in the deck.In the main & sideboard there are answers to Copy Cat and artifacts if they become a problem.
