Deck Description

I'm trying to find a place for the Chasm Skulker. He is slow, so this attempts to speed him up with card draw, counters, and acceleration.
The sideboard adds burn if you come across heavy removal. Or put the Judge's Familiar and Prognostic Sphinx if you come across heavy control.

How to Play

I play this as a race deck. Turn one, Triton and start swinging asap. Turn two either hit Triton with an ordeal, or get your Generator on the board. Turn three, sac Generator and drop a large creature with haste and swing, sac Generator and drop skulker plus an ordeal with haste and swing, or keep on with Triton and burn/remove as needed. The Wrecking Ogre can bloodrush on Triton for good unblockable damage.

blue sun's zenith or some other card draw would work great with the chasm skulker

the card draw from ordeal of thassa and izzet charm have good versatility and have uses outside just boosting the skulker. you make a good point though.
