I agree with this. Cool concept, but you I don't think you will be able to take advantage of the kicking like you want to without some significant mana acceleration.

Option of colorless is cool, the main thing is that it is an instant. Act of Treason is a sorcery, so it's out for the moment. Not sure on traitorous instinct or blood if those are instants or not. I'll check those out
