This is mostly built around Smallpox. It will starve everyone of all resources. Cauldron Familiar and God's Eye, Gate to the Reikai makes part of the normal hurt of Smallpox to yourself actually help you a bit. Bitterblossom and God's Eye spirits can be fed to Witch's Oven to life gain if you get too low from Smallpox or your opponent hitting you. Liliana, Collective Brutality, and Thoughtseize also keep hand sizes small to prevent much from getting out. Ensnaring Bridge disables most aggro. Gilded Goose and Savvy Hunter help for generating food and keeping you ahead of your opponents in mana gen and card draw capability. Feasting Troll King gives you a big smashy creature without needing to pay a bunch, depending on if you have enough food to discard and play it from the graveyard.Basically it tries to keep repeating Cauldron Familiar's enter ability to drain your opponents of life faster than they can drain yours.
