This uses Master Biomancer or Bloodspore Thrinax together with a bunch of Evolve creatures to build up huge creatures with lots of +1/+1 generation, and builds off all that counter placement with draw power with Fathom Mage, repeatable counter spells with Glen Elendra, lots of mana ramp with Gyre Sage. You can also put more counters onto Master Biomancer with Bioshift or Quandrix Command, which makes bouncing creatures with Quandrix Command, or especially Aether Mutation, a powerful way to accelerate the big creature growth. Simic Ascendancy also provides some counter generation and a possible win condition if the counter placement can't outpace whatever it's up against.
