The challenge looks interesting:

My rendition: http://www.mtgvault.com/dainir/decks/333s-chall-seasoning-vamps/

The one card that I think belongs in any deck with doubling season is contagion engine. +4 counters any time

Another question I want to build an infect/poison deck, have you determined the poison counters required for victory?
7? 8?

Just an extension on that question. Lorwyn was when planeswalkers were introduced and at that time they were regular rares. Since then not a single planeswalker has been released as rare, even the reprints of those cards.

So are Jace, adjani, Garruk, Chandra, and Liliana allowed in their original forms?

Slivers, allies and defenders were my first thoughts when I saw the format. I am glad someone made one. +1 from me.

I would add a gruul guildgate. I would look at adding blur sliver as well. As many sources of haste as possible would be nice. Also quick sliver would be nice as well, granting you the ability to add a sliver as needed.

Other than those I really like the deck.

I really like the format. When you say one rare in the deck. Am I correct in assuming that also means no mythic rares?

I really like the deck, but I am not so sure your statement about board wipes. That in itself is a really awesome idea for a deck. Looking through the list of indestructibles, there is Heliod and indestructibility are both interesting for a deck that does board wipes.

The one card that really deserves to be in a deck like that is Fated Return. This would allow you to bring back your baron once he's been killed then you can use him through fieldwipes.

Have you considered snake aura? That would give another route to having totem armor plus it grants card advantage?

There was a really good article out a little bit ago about know what type of deck you have, and that sometimes it helps to sell all out one way or another with your deck.

This deck as I see it, is a creature/token deck, that has control elements splashed in, and usually to good effect.

However, you are not going to out control a control deck.... So I am guessing those elements in your deck now end up being kind of useless against them.

So that being said, I would try selling out to the creature token side and try to overwhelm their control. Against a control deck I would try removing: blind obedience, ordeal of heliod, imposing sovereign and celestial flare. And possibly banisher priest depending on if you need the removal.

In their place I would up the number of creatures, especially the enchantment creatures, as you will be able to use them to enchant your creatures with heroic later in the game.

specific cards to entertain:
Vanguard of Brimaz
Phalanx leader
Eidolon of Countless Battles
Ghostblade Eidolon
Hopeful eidolon
Nyxborn shieldmate.

I am not sure how much it will help, however it is what I would try.

I really like the deck!

Does dark prophecy do much for your deck seeing as it needs to be your creatures that die in order for you to draw? With only 12 creatures, and 4 of which I don't see dying quickly, I am not sure that you will get much use out of DP.

Have you thought of maybe getting rid of dark prophecy, and in their place put in 4x spirit of the labyrinth. This would limit your opponent's card advantage and then your scry with read the bones would allow you to get to your cards quicker than your opponent.

In this same vein, God's Willing might be a good addition.

Lastly Temple of Silence. A black white land that allows you to scry.

The things I don't see your deck having answers for, and I don't know if it needs them as I haven't played a deck similar to it, are control and burn decks.

Against these decks I have found card advantage and counter control to be helpful

So, for burn decks I would suggest: dark prophecy. I am thinking you will gain more life than you lose.

For control decks I would suggest: Duress and thoughtseize. You can use these to prune your opponents hand of counter spells, and troublesome enchantments.

But I really like the deck. Let me know if there is anything else you'd like me to take a look at.

I like the the deck I think you have some better options than the boros elite at the 1 cmc spot like legion loyalist, and Cenn's tactician.

If you are willing to bend away from soldiers, Rhys the redeemed and a soul warden or Soul's attendant would be nice additions to the deck.

Otherwise I really like it.

I just made my first modern deck the other day.
Would you mind taking a look at it?

I have never played a deck remotely like this one but the low mana cost along with the powerful effects they have seem really good.

Now, I have to thank you for introducing me to knight of the reliquary. I am going to go make a landfall deck now.

Wow thank you for the great advice. I will look into everything you suggested, and I have already added the harmonize.

Then I will try a few games with taproot kami. I am new to the modern format and there are so many cards I am excited to get to try.

Also in place of a couple lands I would run sylvan caryatid. It can work as a blocker for you and a little bit of ramp.

An aura gnarlid or two runs really nicely in a deck like this.

I have a deck with a similar philosophy but I went about a few things differently:

1. I had 4 fewer lands and dropped the coursers, but 7 more creatures that can generate mana of any color. (axebane guardian and sylvan caryatid) Resulting in a much quicker ramp. Not mention they can be searched up by your Planeswalkers, where as your lands can't nor do you get to play more than one per turn.
2. Added Garruk as he will allow you to add creatures to your hand much faster than other two Planeswalkers.

Here's the deck:
