A really casual version of my earlier deck, Psionic Rats, that I could assemble right away. Darkslick Shores make up half of it's price, but already got it so, eh.Enchant the deathtouch rats, so you can ping enemies from a far. Rest are for support.

The deck seems fine to me. The concept is sound enough. I can see you running out of gas or drawing too many lands though. If you need just a little more synergy then you could always just run a copy of faithless looting over careful study, seeing as it is the same effect and mana cost but faithless looting is red, and has flashback 3, though it is still played in most formats its legal, so for a common its actually hard to come by when people have a copy or two, they are often in decks already.A spicy card that not many people know but is pennies, is "Burning anger" from M15. Its like a ping card aura but it pings for the creatures power, not just 1 damage, could work well with the ring? Though it is 5 mana, so its probably only worth 1 slot. Its worth asking some people who were playing back then if they have one spare, you might even get it for free. Once you know, talking to people in person is a thing again.

Great. Faithless Looting was my first thought too, but didn't have any free unfortunately. Was also thinking about Izzet Charm for the spot, since it has the same effect and also non-creature counter option. None of those available either. Think I'll make a proper version too. Let's see if I can find Juggernaut or Meteor :p
