2/8/2015My colorless version of MUD. I love playing without colors. I do enjoy the goblin welder/Daretti version of this deck, but i am such a sucker for colorless that i had to try and see if colorless mud could still make it to the top. Have not yet playtested.-
Follow Typical MUD gameplan: Lock them out with Lodestone/Chalice/Trinisphere, Generate lots of mana with Metalworker, attack the shit out of them with whatever you can, blow up their field with Karn/Ugin/Hellkite/Sundering Titan, Secure yourself with Platinum emperion, And tutor out of nowhere with Kuldotha Forgemaster (most of the time for blighsteel if i already have lightning greaves on the board, also for platinum emperion if they attack for lethal).Side:Add more trinispheres if you play against storm/tendrils/combo/beserk stompy/Anything with lots of little dudes/little spells.Add More Sundering titans if they run lots of colors/lots of dual lands.Add Karn if you need to manipulate their hand (against discard/miracles (also more spheres against miracles)).Add ensnaring bridge (and the proceed to play out most of your hand, if not all of it). if you go against death and taxes or another aggro deck (stompy/zoo/what-have-you).Add tormod's crypt against Reanimator (or against the goblin welder version of MUD).Add phyrexian revoker against ANYTHING that relies on specific card's abilities (or really anything at all. Too bad he's really easy to kill. Oh how i wish there was a robotic, colorless version of meddling mage :( even if he cost 5 or 6 to play, i would still use a playset).
