Gruul Ramp into big Dinosaurs06 July 2023:A number of changes to add black for hard removal.A number of players aty LGS are running mono white with Phyrexian Vindicator, which is basically immune to damage based removal, which is Gruul's main form of removal. We are still mostly Gruul ramp though.
Main plan is to ramp into Etali or Kogla and Yidaro ASAP, then overpower most everything the opponent does. Go for the Throat is largely because I needed hard removal, as mentioned in the deck description.Lukka is excellent ramp to help get to the higher Dinos (or Titan), and is also a 1 sided sweeper once one of the bigger Dinos are in play.Kogla and Yidaro, as well as Tranquil Frillback are main board enchantment and artifact hate. Frillback is also possible lifegain against aggro and graveyard hate against graveyard decks.
