Deck Description

A tweak of of Blood Rain by Mekkakat.

http://www.mtgvault.com/mekkakat/decks/blood-rain/

I didn't like how little interaction Goblin Dark-Dwellers had with the cards in his build, so I included a few more targets.

How to Play

Ideally you want a Simian Spirit Guide in hand to get out a turn two Moon. Turn two Stone Rain / Molten Rain can be achieved too, but the Moons take priority.

Other than Moons and Walkers, the other card where chosen as possible targets for goblin Dark-Dwellers, getting yiu full value out of the 5 mana needed to play the goblin.

Moons and LD to control the game. Goblin and Walkers to win the game.

Sideboard:

Stormbreath Dragon comes in against anything running Path and / or Anguished Unmaking, or similar (Hatebears, WU control). Also great if you're expecting heavy Planeswalker hate.

Dragon's Claw is for any fast, red heavy deck (RDW).

Dismember can take care of Reality Smasher, but it's also off colour removal (kills Kor Firewalker, etc) and gets around indestructible.

Relic is for any graveyard shenanigans.

Trinisphere is good against anything heavy on cards costing less than 3, "free" spells, and cost reduction decks (Storm).

Deck discussion for Blood Rain

Very akin to what I would love to play, though I prefer pox so after I get a full orzhov build I'll begin moving towards a version of this.
Though, I never figured out whether skred red or pure oppression builds are better in modern...
