Deck Description

Naya Revolt drck inspired by an interesting interaction I got between Kari Zev and Solemn Recruit at the Aether Revolt Prerelease. Kari's monkey leaves the battlefield, triggering Revolt.

Aethergeode Miner serves a similar role to Kari Zev, but requires energy to trigger, so I worked in more sources of energy.

With one or no energy, Greenbelt Rampager triggers Revolt for a low cost of {G}.

The stars of the show here are Renegade Rallier, for its mini reanimate effect, and Solemn Recruit, for its ability to grow at a rapid pace (and the doubl strike).

Ninth Bridge Patrol also benefits from the other creatures leaving the battlefield, and has the potential to grow a lot faster than Solemn Recruit.

How to Play

Play Ninth Bridge Patrol or Solemn Recruit asap, to benefit from Kari Zev's monkey and / or Aethergeode Miner's self blink effect.

Renegade Rallier returns a creature to the battlefield, so don't be afraid to block / attack to intentionally kill your own creature to trigger Revolt.

The rest of the deck runs similar to a traditional Aggro deck: Play creatures and attack.

Deck discussion for Energised Revolt

Very nice block constructed in my opinion. I especially like the comboing of revolt and Renegade Rallier. Looks pretty efficient to me.
Might be that I give this deck a try some day just for fun of it :) +1 for the deck.

Glad you like it. I've been designing block constructed for a few weeks now, I don't always post them though. Sticking to Kaladesh allows for some good builds that are safe from the next rotation and ready to be upgraded with the sets to come :P

I like latest block constructed also. It's quite easy to uppgrade with cards from next set and on the other hand, the mechanics thought in the block get to shine nicely in those decks. My last actual block constucted was a Theros block heroic deck which actually was very nice to play.

I remember I played a Selesnya Heroic deck. Solidarity of Heroes was an awesome card in there.

solemn recruit also interacts very well with tireless tracker

Tireless Tracker isn't in the Kaladesh block, and Clues don't trigger Ninth Bridge Patrol. This deck is block constructed. Same goes for a lot of other Revolt triggering cards outside of the Kaladesh block.

im a huge fan of aggro this deck is really well put together. i love my pummler variant i built, but this is 3 cost or less super fast super aggressive and can stack fast. question why no panharmonican or tireless trackers. wouldnt clues trigger most of the cards minus the ninth bridge card? an no quick lands seems like you can get stuck at times.

No Tracker as this is Block Constructed.

I have two reasons for not including Panharmonicon. Firstly, it costs 4 mana, which is way too slow for the aggro I'm going for. Secondly, I don't have enough cards with etb's to warrant its ability. Greenbelt Rampager only gives energy if I have 0-1 energy, which only leaves Renegade Rallier. Renegade's ability with Panharmonicon out is awesome, but it's just not worth it to include a 4 mana artifact that is dead with almost all my cards.

The only fast land in colour is Inspiring Vantage, for red and white. With Attune with Aether and Aether Hub, I'm not sure I need a fast land. Only testing will tell for sure, and in order to test, I need to order some cards.

Could you build just a regular standard version of this deck? It looks really cool, and I'm interested in seeing how good it could be if you dropped limits of block. If you don't want to, that's fine too.
