Based off the Twiddle Storm idea, but seeing as the good storm cards are banned in Pauper, I'm substituting with Disintegrate to get the burn through. This is untested and probably won't work, but I'm posting it for future reference.
Enchant a land (preferably a Forest because of Utopia Sprawl) a few times. Splice Psychic Puppetry onto the arcane draw spells to repeatedly untap the enchanted land to net mana. Hope to get 20 mana of any colour and 1 red mana to burn the opponent to death with Disintegrate.
