I just recently got my 4th Rites of Flourishing and thought I'd try design a Standard legal Turbo Fog inspired deck. Norn's Annex should help lessen the number of creatures attacking. Faith's Shield (once you're on 5 or less life) can act as a 'Fog' for one colour. With me playing maybe one spell a turn (and Moonmist), I thought that the Mayor mite be a good creature for this deck. I plan to only ever have one of him out at a time, so I don't lose too much when forced to cast Day of Judgment. Elixir of Immortality is both lifegain and counteraction to Rites of Flourishing's self mill through drawing too many cards. That and it replenishes my library with used Fog cards.

Not a bad deck. I too have tried to come up with a standard legal turbo fog theme. I was laughed at when ppl at this past FNM saw I was running 4 Staff of Nin.
