This is a deck list in the one copy of Inquest I still have. It was the first time I had ever heard of an artifact deck, and it intrigued me. To this day I have a couple boxes of blue and artifact cards that I gathered way back when set aside for someday... I've recently started playing Magic a bit again, and it is a very different beast what with the internet and card markets. I was excited that I might be able to finally build this deck, but alas, a couple cards are quite expensive. Someday...Also, turns out Tinker is banned/restricted.
