Deck Description

A twist on Death and Taxes that takes advantage of what black has to offer when splashed in.

The major addition here is Confidant, who transforms life into material that this deck feeds on. The curve is low, with a significant land count, so you have little worry of bleeding to death before you can seal the deal.

Black also lets you run Gutterbones, which I've been tinkering around with for some time, as it's immune to half of removal in a build like this.

Black also gives you some excellent sideboard options, most of which are searchable by Recruiter.

I'm not done with the sideboard obviously, could use some suggestions/help on it.

Other than that, this does what Death and Taxes wants to do: eek out tempo advantage while letting the weenie damage clock opponent to death.
