+1 for the name xDFrom what I can see this is attempting to be a bit like jund but to go taller in a sense. Going over the deck that jund would slide under. The problem with these tends to be a diversion of focus, namely the loss of jund's ability to 'beat everything yet have no super good matchup' What I mean is that you might have a fast start that Teferi adds little to, then the early game damage you did stops mattering for 5 or more turns.If you have done some playtesting I would love to hear how it went, because on paper it does not seem like it would work better than the heavier or more aggressive bant builds (I know it's not meant to be competitive). These decks usually opt for a fast start that never slows down, they play more leaks and paths to preserve their tempo. Or they boast of a heavier top end, one that has a more immediate and noticeable effect on the game, whereas Teferi does not.But this is just my bored speculation.

Yep! You're assessment is pretty accurate. It durdles a bit and I made it without a goal in mind. The name came before the deck too haha
