Plays like typical 8 rack, but uses Waste Not in place of Ensnaring Bridge to help the deck ramp up quickly.

Avatar looks a little weird here. Only good cards I can see that like to be discarded is Asylum Visitor and Raven's Crime... Also not seeing the need for red.

I was originally going to add a few red cards, but I didn't know what I wanted to run. I'm still working on that. As for Avatar, I was originally going to run Ensnaring Bridge, but then Avatar would be useless. I put it in as a way to put pressure on the opponent in addition to Rack damage and to help trigger madness, but I don't really have much of it in here. The deck was put together rather quickly, so it has a lot of rough spots that I need to smooth out.
I've always liked the idea of the Misers reducing hand size. There is a small problem with that though. They only discard to hand size at the end of their own turn, meaning they have a full turn to deal with the rats or get use out of the cards in hand, something that's strictly worse than hard hand discarding. Also, while not common in tournament play, cards like Reliquary Tower and Spellbook exist and negate the Misers' effects. My personal experience with Drainpipe Vermin isn't good. Similar to the Misers, the discard isn't immediate, and you don't always have the mana up to activate it. Even as a turn 1 play, the opponent has time to deal with it or play out cards that may otherwise be discarded. [[Nezumi Shortfall]] is an interesting one, especially as Stabwhisker the Odious has a Rack like effect. If you really want to keep the rat theme, Ravenous Rats and Rotting Rats are your best immediate, once off rats. Sanity Gnawers is a more expensive Ravenous Rats, but allows for redundancy. Stronghold Rats is worthy of consideration. While you don't get an immediate discard effect, it's a reusable and controllable discard outlet. Depending on the amount of self discard, Big Game Hunter might be worth considering.
I actually had Sanity Gnawers and Stronghold Rats in here when I started to change it around. I'll toss them back in
