Commander is the Sliver Legion or Overlord Strategy Breakdown: Ramp up with green and provide a light board presence for defensive purposes. Keep the board clean of shenanigans withe shatterstorm, tranquility, Harmonic Sliver and Necrotic Sliver Portcullis helps you amass your army while protecting them from board wipes Once you are at critical mass, let your hoard loose and do that thing slivers do Counter spells and Vicious Shadows were included to protect against sweepers There is some recursion in Patriarch's Bidding and the like Honorable Mentions Leyline of the Void would be good for stopping graveyard nonsense, and ruination wouldn't be bad either. Ghostflame Sliver works well with All is Dust so that might be a good addition too.

EDH is a format that uses 100 cards. You have a general which in this case is the Sliver Legion, generals have to be legendary creatures. You build your deck around the colors it takes to cast your legendary creature. You can only run 1 of any card accept for basic lands. Its a great format used for multi player games. how bout adding Door of Destinies or maybe coat of arms?

Both of those cards would be completely amazing in this deck. However, in the real I'm a bit on the poor side and those cards are a bit more expensive, 4-6 dollar range each, and I can't justify that for this deck, since it won't be my main deck. To masafuma, the comment below yours is an excellent description of EDH. You may want to go to http://mtgcommander.net/rules.php if you are interested.
