I think it would be redundant, since Skullbriar doesn't loose his counters. This particular deck is budget but if you were to add doubling season in the deck then yes it would be very good.

This deck currently doesn't have Doubling season in it. Ozolith itself doesn't double the counters it would only hold them for skullbriar which he wouldn't loose even if he died. Unless you had someone else you were trying to pump up, Ozolith by itself isn't enough. I'm just building a budget deck atm and doubling season is as much as this whole deck so it's not going in. The combo of Ozolith / Doubling season would be disgusting of that I agree.
Sorry I misread the card I thought it said put that many counters on the ozolith
