A great deck. This deck has been built to work well with Ninjutsu!

I have only two suggestions:
1. Tandem Lookout is okay, but you honestly have enough draw power. I would suggest either more control (more sleep, Aether Tradewinds, or Familiar's Ruse) instead of Lookout.
2. The Doppleganger is okay...but having an additional Still Wind might serve this deck better :)

Samurai (especially the white-colored ones) have always been fun to play XD (built a deck myself XD)

Some cards I would suggest are:
1. Call to Glory. Untaps your creatures and gives +1/+1 to all Samurais until the end of turn. Useful if you need blockers
2. Brave the Elements. Since your creatures are all white, they will all gain protection :)
3. Araba Mothrider. A flying samurai XD

Still, a great deck :)

An interesting concept!

If I had to make a suggestion, It would be as follows:
1. Replacing Prognostic Sphinx with other available sphinx. His abilities aren't that great, especially if you are trying to run some control. Some alternatives might be: Conundrum Sphinx (in conjunction with Jwar Isles, works pretty well) or Sphinx of Magosi (draw and buff it up).
2. Fated Infatuation is great for ETB effects, but most of the sphinxes don't have that. It might be better to run Sleep in its stead for more control.

Maybe some cards to make your Kiln Fiend unblockable? Another possibility is using Nivix Cyclops in place of Kiln Fiend :)

Instead of Butcher Ghoul, I would like to suggest reassembling skeletons (I think it'd be useful even for beginners).

Other nice cards that starters may like with this deck are:
1. Rockslide Elemental (it MIGHT work better than the drake or the vampire due to first strike)
2. Mortarpod/Barrage of Expendables (great sacrifice engines)

If you have the budget, maybe replace the pledge with Martial Coup. They can act as a board wipe in later turns (if you need board wipe, that is), while also giving you tokens :)

Great deck. It's a little weak on the flier/mass removal side, but meh, it's Gruul.

The only suggestions I would make are (1) more haste with cards like Fervor, Anger, Cyclops of Eternal Fury, Emblem of the Warmind, Hellraiser Goblin (as if you aren't going to be attacking XD), and (2) hexproof/shroud with Whispersilk Cloak/Swiftfoot Boots.

Great tribal deck. Some suggestions I have are:
1. Unless it is absolutely necessary to have a 2 toughness, I'd replace Sanctuary Cat with either Pride Guardian or Trained Caracal for life gain
2. Naturalize should be sideboarded. Maybe Whitemane Lion/Qasali Pridemage instead?
3. Oreskos Swiftclaw is essentially the Blade of the Sixth Pride, except that it would be more readily available (since it's new :) ). It's also replaceable with Oreskos Sun Guide
4. Nylea's Emissary might fit here...although I wouldn't know what to replace :)
5. If Fleetfoot Panther is there because of Flash to block rather than its 'return a creature to hand' effect, I'd like to suggest Qasali Ambusher instead (you can literally play it for free with flash if something's attacking you) or Seht's Tiger (same CMC, gives you protection)

I think this deck works really nicely. Some suggestions might be:
1. Sideboard Hyena Umbra (for totem armor) and/or Spirit Mantle (evasion)
2. Sideboard Death's Approach and replace it with Stab Wound

Otherwise, the deck looks great XD

Maybe a little mana ramp with Elvish Mystic and Harrow?

Otherwise, nice deck :)

But can you have 4 in main deck and 15 in sideboard (that's what is done here...unless that 'sideboard' is just referring to 'don't sideboard it, but have it in your bag XD')

Great use of Spawnsire, except I have one question: are you allowed to have more copies of the same card in the sideboard, even if it exceeds the normal 4? If it is restricted, this strategy might not work :)

On another note, more mana ramp! Awakening Zone, Parallel Lives, Growth Spasms all work great here :)

Have fun XD

A great deck! Affinity has been one of the fun abilities to play with XD
Some suggestions though:
1. The Sculptor really doesn't do much here. Sure, it reduces the cost of Frogmite, Esperzoa, and Silver Myr, but they are cheap to play anyways. I'd replace it with Memnite if the budget allows it :)
2. Maybe Myr Enforcer?

No worries. It is your deck after all XD I agree with your points as well :)

Hm...I don't know...I mean, his ability is essentially 'once you have 3 or more equipments, you can equip any of them to any creature at sorcery speed'....Not sure if it's that complicated.

Then again, if I were a starter, I'd probably miss that XD

Puresteel! I need my Puresteel Paladins (maybe in place of the squires and Punisher). If you do add Paladins, also add Ogre's Cleaver. A great card in that case :)

Equipment.is.seriously.too.fun XD

hm....I don't know...It doesn't seem 'burnt' enough lol

Some cards to consider:
1. Kiln Fiend and Charmbreaker Devils are kinda risky in a burn deck since they are easy to block. I would suggest Guttersnipe over either one of them, and more burn cards for the other.
2. Lightning Bolt/Shocks are staples of burn decks
3. Pyroclasm and Chandra's Fury already act as field wipes in place of Flame Wave. If you need another field wipe, I would suggest Blasphemous Act. Chandra's Fury may also be replaced with Flamebreak, if the budget allows it.
4. Pyromancer's Gauntlet is a nice card, save that it costs 5 to cast so it will take 5 turns before it can do anything useful. I would suggest Cackling Flames, Flames of Firebrand or Brimstone Volley.

But these changes all depend on your budget :) have fun burning XD

Nice elf deck! Since the curve is pretty low, I think you can go down safely to 21 lands for 2 additional cards.

Some cards to consider are:
1. Elf token generators (Hunting Triad, for instance)
2. If the budget allows it, Ezuri the Renegade Leader (a overrun a turn?)
3. Wirewood Herald (essentially a tutor for elves)

Great deck for great value though :)

Very nice!

If we want 2 late-game bombs, maybe consider Stormtide Leviathan over Colossal Whale. Although the latter does provide some temporary removal, Stormtide downright prevents anything without flying and islandwalk to attack XD
