The deck works on 2 levels 1) zombies that help zombies. You grow a small army as the game progresses of lots of cheap zombies, with death touch. Mind funeral --- > necromancers covenant, this not only assists strategy A (straight forward) but sets up for strategy 2. 2) Lich Lord of Unx. Read the second ability. Black Black Blue Blue, good night nancy:) This means that on a creature level, depending on the foe we can either go offensive or turtle and use the zombies as a direct damage/mill vs the opponent. So we can win either from a straight beat down, milling them (not as great as a straight up mill deck but its not bad) or via direct damage from Lich Lord of Unx. Our Control comes from Tidehollow Sculler/Sedraxis Alchemist. Festering Goblin is a lovely little bastard able to take out any annoying weenie creatures the enemy might be keeping on the back lines and abusing their abilities. Anyhow, hope you like it:)

thinking of replacing the alchemists with http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=44276 while they cost one more, having them out can effectively act as my offense later in the game. Leaves with well...0 control, but alchemist more or less delays stuff or messes with certain enchant combos. Being able to put -1/1 on all creatures till end of turn when i play some zombies seems pretty potent, enough to kill a lot of annoying critters.

never mind...scourge is out of tournament play come october for extended. nixxing that idea.
Finished! cheap zombies zombies that buff zombies the 'real combo' is here though mind funeral=mass discard. Its not dependable but it is a cheap (3 mana) method of causing discard, potentially a large large discard! then necromancers covenants, turn all those discards into zombie tokens (if game goes late and my own grave yard is large, maybe even on my own). All of them are 2/2. Assumine one war chief, lord and death baron is out, they are 6/5 zombies with death touch and life leech. really though..thats not the intent.. Lich Lord of Unx: for 4 mana, deal X damage and cause X discard from pile equal to zombies. Between the cheap zombies in deck and necromancers covenant, this could easily be 4 mana for 10+ damage, and since it does not cause him to tap, could be used twice in a row. Vs most decks this might KO. VS a 'life gainer deck" i can use this and mind funerals to run through their deck. Everything critical is x4 to ensure i can pull it off incase im countered/or they are killed.
