Well, in a way I guess, but he only works with RSZ =/
It seems that Chandra's Spitfire is something that only works with two cards in this deck : Red Sun's Zenith and Stuffy Doll. Maybe it`s something you could consider removing entirely, or at least reducing the numbers of it.
Axe Spellbook for Venser's journal. Costs more, but well worth the added effect.
