The basic idea is to hit your opponents early on with stromkirk noble, rakdos cackler, ect. Blood artist works nicely with ball lightning and vexing devil as well as killing wave.

What sets are in modern? I just play standard so I don't know.

Modern decks can have any card printed in 8th edition up to now. ( excluding sets like planechase, coomander, ect.) Thanks anyway for checking the deck out.
