ummmmm, are u going for standard or not? its close to being standard except for the mind cage. if you are not playing standard, there are an ass load of cards u should switch/put in. cancel??!?! worst counter ever?? just get counterspells! get X4 standstill. and get X4 brainstorm. sage owl sucks... also get relequiry tower, not spellbook. those are just a couple ideas.... i posted a deck called "mega mill" you may want to check out. its based around drawing cards. i also have a "mega control" deck that has alot of cool blue cards u may not know about. oh, and get X4 high tide.

how come you have both infect and normal damage stuff? seems like you would wanna focus on one. i see megrim and lilianas caress too, but the only thing i see that would really make them discard is the shrine, hightide+prosperity (great combo). i dont see the need for spellbook though, at least get relequiry tower. i would just swap out all the infect for more blue removal/card draw. probably add elixer of imortality. also might wanna consider getting a planeswalker or two for blue or black but yeah its a good deck regardless, check out some of my decks for ideas if u want

if i could like this deck more than once i would, children of korlis is suchhh a great card. but dude! you should add Emeria, the sky ruin. (its a land that brings creatures back from the graveyard) it combos amazing with korlis. check out my lifegain deck for more ideas, but good deck regardless. ps. get baneslayer
I think he stalls as long as he can, and uses high tide when he has a decent amount of lands. by having cards that let you untap lands, like time spiral, cloud of faeiries, ect. you can generate even more mana off a high tide. then he either brainfreezes you a bunch, or emrakuls. i run a similar combo using high tide and palinchron, for infinite mana, then capsize everything. cool deck bro. high tides one of my fav cards

the guy above is right, u need hedron crabs, and as many draw mechanics as possible (font of mythos, howling mine) you need elixer of immortality instead of reminisce. u shouldnt need X4 spellbook. just check out my my mill deck if u want more ideas
mana curve is too high u need more removal, oblivion ring and day of judgement. (i know elspeth detroys stuff too) but against a fast elf or goblin deck, this deck would have issues. i would also suggest some small, but good soldiers, like elite vanguard and elite inquisitor. you need endless horizons, and emeria the sky ruin too. you dont need 2 coat of arms, and door of destinies is 100% better
