You might also consider Blood Artist or Requiem Angel, after all Requiem Angel will get you spirit tokens if any of your non-spirits die (your gather the townsfolks and the Hero of Bladehold's spawns), and Blood Artist... well then he'll be scared to kill your tokens. Similarly, Mentor of the Meek could help you with card draw. As could Altar's Reap, but that takes creatures whereas Mentor rewards you for putting in creatures. Champion of the Parish could become a big creature for you too. Also, while I see you have Go for the Throat and Tragic Slip, what you might be lacking is defense against other non-creature threats. Oblivion Ring and Paraselene (sideboarded) would be good additions, and while you'd probably want to avoid a Wrath, perhaps a Terminus might not be an awful idea.

hmmm... I think I might try it... I'll stick a playset of blood artists in the sideboard just in case. Also, board wipe could be handy. Nice suggestion!
4 Sorin's might be a little excessive. Because only one can be out at a time, there will probably be one sitting in your hand for no reason. I would drop two Sorins, add one Ajani, Caller of the Pride, and try and work Oblivion Ring into the main board.
if I have a sorin sitting useless in my hand, I don't have a reason to worry.
