I see two major problems:1) You have a LOT of cards that cost 4+ mana2) Most of your creatures are LegendaryTo solve both, I'd suggest lowering the number of legenda to 2x or 3x, depending on how important their abilities are, to make space for a set of Boros Signet. [Maybe: -1 Fumiko; -2 Jazal; -1 Kazuul; +4 Signet]Next, you can do far better (mana wise) than Comeuppance and Safe Passage for fog effects:Ethereal Haze prevents all damage from creatures for the turn, not just combat damage like Holy Day.Dawn Charm can fog; OR counter a spell that targets you; OR regenerate one of your creatures.Angelsong can fog; OR be cycled to draw a card.Pollen Lullaby is a good option too as with your mid-high average cost, winning the clash shouldn't be too difficult.You may want to consider a set of Evolving Wilds for two reasons:1) Reduces the number of lands in your deck, allowing a higher chance of drawing non lands.2) Helps increase the chance of having the colour mana you need.A warning about Lightmine Field; it'll deal damage to your creatures when they attack. Circle of Flame night fill the role better.

Thx for the help! I tried to reduce mana cost by removing Lightmine Field and Safe Passage. I added Slumbering Dragon and Serene Master, I think they'll do well in this deck. Dawn Charm is a great card to add! Circle of flame is a bit too weak...I prefer Kazuul for the job.
