This is a fun deck that I built a while ago. It's based around the idea of Psychogenic Probe, and making my opponents shuffle a bunch of times. Soldier of Fortune is very nice for this, as his effect is repeatable.
Ideally, you want Psychogenic Probe in your hand to be able to be played turn 2. That is the meat of this deck. Fabricates are in here to help you fetch those. The scrylands can also be helpful for this, helping you look at your topdeck. This deck can get a bit pricy, so feel free to replace the shocklands with dual lands of your choice, or mana producing artifacts, or what have you. If you want it to be more expensive, add some fetchlands.
